Shipping policy

We make every effort to deliver packages as promptly and effectively as possible. The majority of orders are sent on the same day. Please check the table below for a summary of our various shipping choices, as well as projected delivery times and prices.

During checkout and in your order confirmation email, we will tell you of the estimated delivery time for your purchase; this time may vary depending on the products you pick and the shipping option you choose. 

The delivery time is an estimate based on the chosen distributor and method and starts when the parcel is sent. Larger orders should be expected to take longer to process. All orders are sent from our Estonian warehouse.

You will receive an email with your order's tracking number and delivery confirmation after it has been turned over to one of our logistics partners. You may use the courier's tracking facility to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also provide free shipping for orders over 150€ inside Europe.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. New Standard Clothing Oy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearenewstandard.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please contact us at hello@wearenewstandard.com for instructions on how to return your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wearenewstandard.com with your order number and we will give you instructions on how to make the return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Do I have to pay customs and import fees?

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately not. After you have placed the order we are not able to perform any changes as this is an automated flow. Parcels that are not collected will be resent back to us and we will initiate the refund.
